Creative Cities Lisbon 2009 will take place at the Pavilhão de Portugal, Parque das Nações (the Portugal Pavilion, Expo ‘98 Park) in Lisbon.
At the Pavilion, look for “Sala Caras, Porta Atlântico” (Caras room, Atlântico entrance).
The Portugal Pavilion was designed by Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza for the 1998 Lisbon World Exposition. It is notable for its canopy of concrete which freely hangs like fabric over the space.
